Course in Rounding

Rounding is the easiest and most immediate way to deepen and expand your meditation experience. Whilst it is an advanced technique, it is suitable for anyone who has learnt Vedic Meditation regardless of how long, or how often you have been practicing. A simple sequence of yoga postures, breathing, meditation, and rest are what constitutes a Round. These elements combined create a profound effect, soothing the nervous system and increasing our adaptation energy. The yoga postures are completely accessible to bodies of all shapes, sizes and flexibility. Rounding is literally for every BODY. It provides an immediate sense of expansion and, once learned, can be incorporated regularly into our routine to supercharge our daily practice of Vedic Meditation.

The course in Rounding is 2hours in duration. Students who have already leant to Round are welcome to attend a group course as a refresher provided space allows. Private Rounding workshops conducted in a 1:1 setting can be arranged upon request.
