Free Introductory Talks

The first step in learning to meditate is to attend an Introductory Talk. Lauren hosts these live and online via Zoom every Tuesday evening at 7:15pm and Wednesdays at 12:30pm. Lauren also offers 1:1 private in-person Intro Talks in Lower Hutt, Wellington, or online by appointment.

The Intro Talk is free, and lasts for about 45 minutes. It is a great opportunity for to understand more about the technique of Vedic Meditation, how it works, the benefits that can be expected, what the 4-day course to learn entails, and what is included in the course fee. Lauren shares her own personal story of learning to meditate 9 years ago, and what her experience has been since.

The detail discussed helps attendees understand the significant benefits the technique of Vedic Meditation can make to your life if practiced regularly, and whether or not the time is right for them to learn. Attending an Intro Talk comes with no obligation whatsoever to sign-up to learn to meditate. Through her talks it is Lauren’s intention that attendees leave with a greater understanding of stress, what it is, what it does to the physiology, how it effects one’s experience of and interaction with life, and how to get rid of it.
